What is Smart pH Monitoring?
The monitoring granules respond to urine pH, giving you an additional signal to observe during your cat’s normal litter-box routine.
What do the colours mean?
Red corresponds to Acidic, Green to Neutral and Blue to Alkaline. These are observation signals, not diagnoses. This product is not a medical diagnostic tool.
Does Litterly diagnose health conditions?
No. Litterly is an awareness tool, not a medical diagnostic device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease and does not replace veterinary care.
Does one colour change mean something is wrong?
One reading does not tell the whole story. Lighting, timing and litter saturation can affect what you see. Look for repeated changes, and speak to your veterinarian if your cat shows concerning symptoms.
How often should I monitor?
Observe the granules as part of your regular litter-box routine. Note repeated changes rather than relying on a single reading.
How much litter should I use?
Fill the tray with 2–3 inches of litter, add a small portion of the monitoring granules, scoop daily and top up as needed.
How do I switch from my current litter?
Introduce Litterly gradually, mix it with the existing litter, and increase the proportion as your cat becomes comfortable. Every cat is different. Give your cat time to adjust.
Is it low dust?
Tofu+ is designed for low-dust everyday performance and a cleaner litter-box environment. Low dust does not mean completely dust-free.
How does BioLock™ work?
BioLock™ Enzyme Technology is designed to help control litter-box odour at its source.
Is it flushable? Can I flush large clumps?
Small, fully dissolved clumps may be flushed where suitable local plumbing permits. Never flush large clumps or large quantities at once. Follow local disposal requirements.
What changes between Original and Lavender?
Both variants use the same plant-based litter performance and Smart pH Monitoring system. Original is unscented; Lavender adds a gentle fragrance.
Can I use it with an automatic litter box?
Check your litter-box manufacturer’s requirements for litter material and pellet size before using Tofu+. Compatibility depends on the model.
Is it suitable for kittens, senior cats or cats with particular needs?
For age-specific needs, sensitivities or a medical condition, ask your veterinarian before changing litter. We do not make universal safety claims.
What if my cat does not like it? What is the return policy?
